1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of belmontheritage.com (the "Site"), operated by Belmont Heritage LLC ("Belmont Heritage," "we," "us," "our").

By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date above will change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

2. What this Site is, and what it is not

Belmont Heritage LLC is a licensed life insurance agency. The Site provides general educational information about life insurance, cash value strategies, and the Infinite Banking Concept.

The Site does not provide, and nothing on it constitutes:

  • Tax advice
  • Legal advice
  • Investment advice or a securities recommendation
  • Accounting advice
  • A recommendation that any particular product or strategy is suitable for you

We are not attorneys, certified public accountants, or registered investment advisers, and we do not hold ourselves out as such. Consult your own attorney, tax professional, and financial adviser before acting on anything you read here. Your circumstances are specific to you; general information cannot account for them.

Using the Site does not create an agent-client relationship. Reading our material, downloading our guide, subscribing to our emails, or booking a call does not by itself make us your insurance agent, does not obligate us to serve you, and does not obligate you to purchase anything. An agent-client relationship arises only through a separate, explicit engagement.

3. Licensing

Belmont Heritage LLC and its producers are licensed to transact life insurance in the State of Florida. Our licensed producers are Alexander Minelli (FL Lic. G312900), Cristian Vinciguerra (FL Lic. W641052), and Anna Belyakova (FL Lic. G282000).

We can only offer, recommend, or sell insurance products in states where we hold an active licence and hold an appointment with the issuing carrier. Information on the Site is not an offer to sell or a solicitation in any jurisdiction where we are not licensed.

4. Insurance products, illustrations, and results

This is the section that matters most, so we are stating it plainly.

  • Life insurance products are contracts issued by insurance carriers, not by Belmont Heritage. All benefits, values, and features are governed by the actual policy contract issued to you, not by anything on this Site.
  • All guarantees are subject to the claims-paying ability and financial strength of the issuing insurance carrier. We do not guarantee any carrier's obligations.
  • Policy illustrations are projections, not promises. Non-guaranteed elements, including dividends, credited interest rates, and loan rates, are not guaranteed, may be changed by the carrier, and will almost certainly differ from any illustration. Dividends are not guaranteed.
  • Past performance and historical dividend scales do not predict future results.
  • Any figures, case studies, or examples on the Site are illustrative. They reflect specific circumstances and are not a representation that you will achieve comparable results. Where we describe client situations, details are anonymised and may be composited.
  • Outcomes depend on policy design, funding, carrier, your age, health, underwriting classification, and how you actually use the policy. Two people following the same strategy can get materially different results.
  • The Infinite Banking Concept is a strategy, not a product, and it is not suitable for everyone. It requires long-term premium commitment. Underfunding, stopping premiums, over-borrowing, or surrendering a policy early can produce poor results, tax consequences, or policy lapse.
  • Tax treatment described on the Site reflects our general understanding of current federal law, which can change and which applies differently to different people. Statements about tax-deferred growth, non-taxable policy loans, or income-tax-free death benefits are general and depend on the policy remaining in force and not becoming a modified endowment contract. Verify with your own tax adviser.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security
  • Scrape, harvest, or automatically collect information from the Site without our written permission
  • Submit false information, or impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the Site's content to compete with us or to build a similar service
  • Transmit malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications through any Site feature

6. Our content

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, guides, case studies, the Belmont Heritage name and lion mark, and the arrangement of it all, is owned by Belmont Heritage LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may read, download, and print our material for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

Our free guide is provided for your personal education. Please do not redistribute it. Send people to the Site and we will happily give them their own copy.

7. Your submissions

If you send us information through a form, email, or booking, including questions, feedback, or details about your situation, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not send confidential health, financial, or identifying information through the Site's contact form or by ordinary email. Those channels are not secure. We will tell you how to share sensitive information safely when the time comes.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites, including insurance carriers. We provide those links for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for their accuracy, their products, or their privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the information on it is complete, accurate, or current. Insurance products, carrier offerings, tax law, and dividend scales change; material on the Site may become out of date.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Belmont Heritage LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised such damages are possible.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including our obligations as a licensed insurance producer under Florida law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Belmont Heritage LLC from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of anyone else.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing here affects any dispute-resolution rights you have under an actual insurance policy, which are governed by that policy and applicable insurance law.

13. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Belmont Heritage LLC regarding the Site.
